Publications AZIMUTHS HISTORICAL OBJECTS 08.11.2014. THE ISLAND OF VERA. THE OCTAGON. # AZIMUTHS HISTORICAL OBJECTS THE ISLAND OF VERA. THE OCTAGON. All directions, which can be determined with using of octagon are obtained by turning it clockwise. Let's start with turning on 2 degrees clockwise. In such position of octagon we get directions to Teotihuacan and Solomon temple, the angle between which is equal to 112.62 degrees. Error 0.12degree. Rotation on 1 degree more i.e. on 3 degrees clockwise gives the azimuths of Easter island and Baalbek, the angle between which is exactly the same as one in the previous case - 112.39 degrees. Error 0.11degree. Thus, we have two pairs of equal angles between the directions to the significant points of the system, which are shifted from each other on 1 degree. Rotation of octagon on 6.5 degrees clockwise. with an error of 0.6 degree gives the directions to the Great pyramid (GP) and St. Petersburg (SPB), the angle between which is equal to 68.1degrees. It should be noted here that the St. PETERSBURG lies on the Meridian of the GP, and divides the distance between the GP and the North pole in half, because it is located on the 60th latitude. And on the island of Vera, these two objects were connected with proportions of the octagon. Let’s consider turning octagon on 7degrees clockwise. In such position we get already known to us from the hexagram directions to Uluru and Lalibela, which are perpendicular to each other. But in the case of the octagon, we get azimuth Mohenjo-Daro more, which divides the right angle between Uluru and Lalibela in half. If we rotate the octagon on12 degrees clockwise with an error 0.2 degree we will get direction to the Non Madol. Having turned octagon on 18 degrees clockwise we will get the azimuth of Samaipata, which, as we remember, is the orientation of the pentagram. In the case of the octagon with Samajpati interact azimuths Por Bajin and Sigiriya interect ,the angle between them is 66.86 degrees. The angle between Samajpati and Sigiriya is equal to135.22 degrees (0.22 degree), and between Samajpati and Por Bajin 22.08 degrees (0.42 degree).
